Aquire or craft 10 Light Power Cells Go to TT and get Blueprint book and blueprint for Light Power Cells. Next you have to craft, or get, 10 Light Power Cells. You can get meterials from the Scout Bots right outside the base. It´s called Low Grade Power Supply, and it takes 8 of them. - Okay Once you have 10 Light Power Cells, trade them to me, and we can get you a Spear Mk I (L). - Seems fair You up to it? - I´m in! - This sounds like a lot of work, no thanks.
